JigglyPuff

Special Character: Yes
How to Get Character: Complete One Player Game On ANY level.
Examples: Beating a 1 Player Game with any character on easy with any number of lives.
Character Moves
B and UP Put your enemies to sleep by singing. While singing you can do nothing, so you are vulnerable.
B and DOWN Put yourself to sleep, but if your standing next to an enemy, watch them fly sky high!
B Use a powerful punch to pack up some percent.
R Grab an opponent and either throw him high into the air or send him flying behind you. Sending him sky high is default. To Send your opponent behind you, press the control stick the opposite direction your facing, and the same direction your facing to throw him up. You will stay holding on to him until either the the time delay is up, you release the R button, or you move the Control Stick.
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks!
Character Type: Balloon
Character Differences: Has 6 jumps as opposed to the normal two. UP - B doesn't make you move in any direction.

Ness

Special Character: Yes
How to Get Character: Complete One Player Game on Normal with 3 lives without continuing once(losing all your lives).
Examples: Beating a 1 Player Game with any character on normal with 3 lives and not dying 3 times.
Character Moves
B and UP Ness uses his mind to make an energy type of disc that you can control with you're Control Stick. Ness cannot move when you do this attack and is very vulnerable to other players. Another thing that is smart to do is when you fall off the ledge and can't jump anymore, use this attack on yourself. It does damage to you, but damage is better than dying. When you use it on yourself, it shoots you in the opposite direction that it came from, kind of like in the DK level how there's the barrel. It shoots you about the same distance that the DK barrel shoots you at 0%. I'm yet to kill myself when using this attack on myself(unless I'm too far away from the edge)
B and DOWN This wonderful moves lowers you're percent...under the right circumstances. A ball forms around Ness, and when somebody shoots a laser at him, it lowers Ness's Damage percent depending on how big the attack was. The bigger, the better!
B A medium ranged attack that takese the form of a lightning bolt, but when it hits the person, they're in the middle of a fire bath! It shoots straight when you're on the ground and shoots at a 45º angle when you're in the air. Very effective for keeping opponents off the edge and getting the point.
R Grab an opponent...mentally, and either shoot him left or right, depending on where the control stick is.
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks!
Character Type: Kid Genius
Character Differences: His jumps will seem a little weird at first, but you get used to it.

Captain Falcon

Special Character: Yes
How to Get Character: Complete One Player Game under 20 minutes
Examples: Beating a 1 Player Game with any character on any difficulty with any number of lives under 20 minutes.
Character Moves
B and UP This move acts as a jump, and if you jump into somebody, you will hold on to them, and shoot them far away and jump up higher, and then you will be able to do B + UP again and get even higher!
B and DOWN Falcon Kick! This move makes you do a firey kick downward into the enemy, and if you're already on the ground, you'll go horizontal. If you hit a wall, then bounce up high into the air, like the same amount you'd get from a normal jump. It's quick, and effective, and one killer move!
B Falcon Punch! (What is it with the word falcon?) Use this powerful punch to blow away the opponent, but watch out, he's got to yell out falcon before he punches, and that sometimes makes your opponent get the better of you. When you're in the process of shooting out the flaming punch press the start button, and you can see a falcon in the flamy punch!
R Grab an opponent and throw him into the ground sending him up high, or push the control stick in the opposite direction your facing to grab and kick the opponent over to the side behind you. It requires that you're up close to the opponent.
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move the Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press A for more powerful and different attacks! With Captain Falcon, you can press A repeatedly and he'll throw a fistful of punches until you stop. It only does 1% per hit, but after a while, it builds up. This is also a good move for keeping somebody from landing on an edge because they can't jump back up easily after you hit them over and over and over...
Character Type: Normal
Character Differences: He's awfully fast! B + UP can keep going if you keep grabbing on to people.

Luigi

Special Character: Yes
How to Get Character: Beating the Break the Targets on all of the original players.
Example: Going to 1 Player, Bonus Practice 1, and then beating it with all characters except special characters.
Character Moves
B and UP Coin Punch! To bad coins aren't worth anything. This move gives some more height and punches everybody in your way. If you catch somebody at the very beginning, you'll hear a screeching noise and the player will get sent pretty high!
B and DOWN All the plumbers seem to know this cyclone of fists and punches, with the powerful ending that can send players high into the air. Besides that, it does lots of damage and looks very cool if you see the entire thing close up from the start!
B Throw Luigi's version of the fireball, except this one is green and keeps going straight. After covering so much distance, it disappears.
R Grab an opponent and throw him or if you use the control stick in the opposite direction, you can swing him around a few times before throwing him, which is rather nice because it clears away all the bad guys around you!
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks!
Character Type: Plumber - One of Mario Brothers
Character Differences: Similar to Mario, but much faster!

Top

Yoshi

Special Character: No
Character Moves
B and UP throw an egg at your opponent. You don't jump when doing this. To aim the egg use the control stick, and the longer you hold the combo, the farther and faster it will go.
B and DOWN Do a slam down on the player below you, but watch out, this move doesn't stop until you hit the ground, so make sure you won't fall off when doing this move. When you're in the air and do this move, you go straight down, however, when you're on land, you jump up and a little bit in the direction your facing and then going down.
B Do you like scrambled eggs? Well, with this move you can make Yoshi eggs. Yoshi shoots out his tongue and vwala! Yoshi EggS! This move works great on human players but not as much on the computer. You can attack the "egg" and the player gets damage done to him/her, but they can't move. When using this, the egg usually goes up in the air, and the player can control where the egg goes as it is falling. One nasty trick that gives you the point and really makes the challenger not happy is turning them into an egg and making them fall off the edge, unable to jump back up.
R Yoshi just likes to eat things, but apparently he doesn't like what he ate on this one. Yoshi decides to spit him out in the direction you choose with the control stick. I think Yoshi needed some fries with that meal!
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks!
Character Type: Dinosaur
Character Differences: Has only 2 jumps, and UP - B doesn't make you move in any direction.

Link

Special Character: No
Character Moves
B and UP Spin your sword around in a circle and knock everybody away while you're on the ground. If you're in the air, it does the same thing, except it also acts like a jump!
B and DOWN Create Link's very own item, a bomb. Don't hold onto it too long though, it explodes when it starts to go red, and watch out. It hurts everybody when it explodes, even you! This is a cool trick to use when somebody has the hammer...This is also good for taking out Motion Sensor Bombs
B Throw that boomerang as far as possible. To get your best performance, use the control stick for more power and aim.
R Shoot out your Hookshot, Link, and pull the opponent in, so you can kick the player far away in the direction of your choice by using the control stick!
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks! If you press A repeatedly, link will do a constant attack with his sword until you stop pressing A. Remember what I said about Captain Falcon's Punches??
Character Type: Normal
Character Differences: The sword gives Link a longer range than normal.

Pikachu

Special Character: No
Character Moves
B and UP Gives Pikachu an extra jump. If you do this right, you can get Pikachu to move in one direction, and then another. It requires tricky handling of the Control Stick!
B and DOWN Yikes! Watch out for this attack. Pikachu sends lightning from the sky straight down to his very bones. Of course, he doesn't get hurt, but anybody nearby or above...well...they're not exactly grounded for lightning strikes! This move is excellent when moving sideways on a jump because it will mis pikachu and go to the ground, and it's useful for when people are up high to go beneath them and use this attack. If it hits, you'll send them higher, and maybe off the map for the point!
B Electricity is said to move at the speed of light, but not this kind, this takes the form of a ball in the air that goes for the ground, or it takes the form of an arch like a slinky going down the stairs, to come and damage opponents. This attack goes on any surface and stops when the end of the platform is reached, or when it runs out electric to keep it going.
R Grab an opponent and either throw him left or right with the control stick, but I like throwing him the opposite direction that I'm facing much better, because Pikachu really charges up the opponent and ever hear how alikes repel? Well, the opponent repels far far away!
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks!
Character Type: Pokemon
Character Differences: Pikachu is super fast, and can come back on most jumps, but he gets sent pretty far when he's hit.

Fox

Special Character: No
Character Moves
B and UP Start your jetpacks, because fox is clear for take-off, and take-off he does. This explosive way to gain some ground is also an awesome attack, that can be controlled in any direction with the Control Stick!
B and DOWN Get that shield up and going, because people are shooting lots of stuff at you. This bounces the attacks back at the players, and is awfully nice when somebody has a fire flower. This also can deflect players away if started when standing next to an opponent.
B Is this Star Wars, or not? Because Fox has his long-range blaster that blasts away his opponents.
R Grab an opponent and either throw him left or right depending on the state fo the Control Stick!
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks!
Character Type: a fox?
Character Differences: Fox is awfully quick, but his attacks aren't that strong!

Top

Mario

Special Character: No
Character Moves
B and UP Coin Punch! To bad coins aren't worth anything. This move gives some more height and punches everybody in your way.
B and DOWN All the plumbers seem to know this cyclone of fists and punches, with the powerful ending that can send players high into the air. Besides that, it does lots of damage and looks very cool if you see the entire thing close up from the start!
B Throw Mario's version of the fireball. Red and bounces it's way towards the opponent.
Character Differences: Well-rounded Player

Kirby

Special Character: No
Character Moves
B and UP Jump up into the air, do a flip, and bring down your hidden sword onto them. It's a very strong attack!
B and DOWN Kirby likes bricks so much, he turns into one, and when he's a brick, he falls like one too, and I would hope I'm not the person beneath him. When he's in brick mode, he can't get hurt, except by R attacks!
B Open Wide!! Kirby likes to eat things just like Yoshi! He even likes to eat the same things as Yoshi, except when Kirby eats somebody and spits them back out, he gets to use their B attack. You'll know which one this is by the hat Kirby will be wearing. If Kirby is hit hard enough, he'll lose the hat and be normal again. You can also press L to get rid of the hat to be normal again.
R On this move, Kirby either sends them flying behind him, or they both go flying. Kirby grabs the player, and goes to the top of the screen, and then plummets down and when they hit ground, kirby bounces to his feet, and the other player bounces...somewhere. this attack can be used as a suicide by using this attack on a ledge and then going straight down to the bottom. You can decide which move to do with the control stick.
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks! Kirby can also do a fistful of punches by pressing A repeatedly.
Character Type: Balloon
Character Differences: Has 6 jumps as opposed to the normal two.

Samus

Special Character: No
Character Moves
B and UP Do a spinning jump that whoever touches, gets stuck and majorly damaged. This is also cool to watch when done in action!
B and DOWN Look out Below! What Samus drops on opponents isn't what a pigeon drops on cars. Samus drops small bombs that explode on contact with a player or after so many seconds.
B Charge up that energy blast, because the bigger it is, the more pwerful it is. Press B to release it. This doesn't have to be charged up all the way. To Quit charging, prezz Z or move the control stick left or right.
R Use Samus's Grappling arm to take hold of your opponent and then press R again to throw him/her or use the control stick to throw him/her in the direction you choose. If you miss the opponent you are very vulnerable since this attack takes a long time to finish.
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks!
Character Type: Normal
Character Differences: Samus is vulnerable to close-up attacks.

Donkey Kong

Special Character: No
Character Moves
B and UP Become a helicopter and float around. The rotating blades are your rotating fists. This move is great for attacking, but it doesn't last forever! Don't fall off an edge and be unable to jump. You are vulnerable from above, below, and some long-range attacks.
B and DOWN Slam the ground and cause an earthquake that bothers everybody around you, because they are suddenly sent high into the air. Don't be too cheap with this move on Mushroom Kingdom(hidden course), it isn't as fun for everybody else and they quit playing.
B Swing your arm around to power up this punch, and then press B to release it's mighty blow. You can only charge it up part way and deliver something not quite as hard. To stop charging, press Z or move the control stick left or right.
R Grab an opponent and hold onto him. If you move the control stick the opposite direction you're facing, you'll throw him in that direction, but on the other hand, if you press R again or the control stick the way you are facing, you can pick the player up and walk around. They will eventually escape, or you can throw him/her. DK makes good suicide missions with this move...
A Normal Attack/Punch. Move Control Stick around for various attacks. Time the stick with when you press a for more powerful and different attacks!
Character Type: a monkey or a donkey??
Character Differences: DK is supposedly pretty slow, but his R attack can be pretty quick...ask my cousin!
