Our Solar System is part of the Milky Way Galaxy, a spiral galaxy. We happen to be on the very edge of the galaxy. But there are more than just our galaxy. Were not really special other than the fact that we have life. Ok, we are special but other than life, Earth is an ordinary planet, it's not the center. The sun is(of our solar system). Our Solar System has more planets than other solar systems that we've found, too. Ours has 9 planets, but others have 4 or 5. Then again, the other solar systems' planets are about 10 times larger than Jupiter.
